Yet another successful preview event took place at the Watergate this spring, this time in the luxurious 2,915 sq.ft. residence with a one-of-a-kind, panoramic river vista in Watergate South. The fully catered reception drew a crowd of over 60 distinguished guests and was co-sponsored by BOWA Builders and Wells Fargo. The residence is now under contract.
